When you book an appointment, you will be asked to confirm your email address and should look out for an email from me which you must read before attending your appointment.

As well as containing any social distancing guidelines relating to the location of your appointment it is also your chance to flag to me that you are in a moderate risk or vulnerable category. It is important that I know this so we can discuss any additional Covid measures that may be necessary for you to come.

In addition, you need to confirm that you and anyone you are in close contact with are not suffering with any COVID19 symptoms (regardless of whether you have had a test or not), not been asked to isolate by the NHS Test and Trace program and not been asked to quarantine after travel.

If you get any symptoms between booking and the date of your appointment, please do not attend. We will rearrange for when you are feeling better with no late cancellation charges.
